Nicollet Early Childhood Center Playground

Thanks to the generous support of the Nicollet Community, the Nicollet Early Childhood Center Playground is complete! The NECC playground desperately needed to be replaced to meet current safety standards as well as to provide an accessible place for all our children to play. NECC currently has students enrolled with mobility issues and they were unable to use the previous playground. Can you imagine having to sit back and watch your friends play when you can’t? A modern playground is vital to the development of all children.

The total cost of the playground was over $250,000!

A dedication ceremony was held on
Wednesday, August 28th.

We couldn’t have completed this project without the support of the community.
